How do I buy a session package?

Packages are sold on the coach's profile, if the coach lists any. You do not need an account to buy one.

1. Open the coach's profile and scroll to Packages.
2. Tap a package. You see the price per session, the length it covers, whether it expires, the cancel window, and the coach's refund and cancellation policy.

3. Under Your details, enter your name and email. When you are signed in, both are filled in.
4. Tap Buy for … and pay by card through Stripe.

What happens next

Your package is active straight away and your confirmation comes by email. Your coach gets in touch to plan your first session. Your credits show on your dashboard under Your packages.

Booking with a credit: on the booking page, tick Use a credit from your package, then tap Use credit & confirm.

Bought without an account? Sign up with the same email you paid with. Once your email is confirmed, the credits appear on your account.

Good to know

• A package puts you on the coach's roster. If the coach is full, the purchase is refused and nothing is charged.
• Some coaches cannot take card payments through Fitiva yet. Then the page says Not for sale online yet; ask the coach, or book a single session and pay them directly.
• Your coach can also sell you a package directly, for example after a bank transfer, and add the credits for you.
• Refunds follow the coach's refund policy. Ask your coach first.
