Can I book without a Fitiva account?

Yes, for some bookings. On a coach's profile, tap Book a session, pick a length and a time, and enter your name and email. We send your booking confirmation there.

Works without an account

• A length marked on request: your coach confirms the slot and agrees the price with you.
• Pay at the session, if the coach offers it: you pay the coach directly when you meet.

Needs a free account

• Paying for a session by card. When you tap pay, you are taken to sign up and then back to your booking.
• Using credits from a package.
• Chatting with the coach.

Good to know

• A session booked without an account can only be cancelled by your coach, so get in touch with them if you cannot make it.
• With just your name and email you can also buy a session package, a spot at a paid event or an online course. For a course, sign up later with that same email to open the lessons.
• Joining a free event needs an account.
