How do video sessions work?

A video session is booked like any other, only you meet online.

For athletes

1. Book as usual and pick a time.
2. Under Session type, choose Video. The option only shows when your coach allows video for that time.
3. Finish the booking.

Your coach adds the meeting link, for example Google Meet or Zoom, to the booking. If they add it before confirming, it is in your confirmation email. No link shortly before the session? Ask in Chat. In the calendar file the place reads "Video call (link will be sent)".

For coaches

1. In Calendar, open Availability settings and tick Allow Video Sessions for the working blocks where you offer video.
2. When a video booking comes in, open it and paste your link under Meeting link / location (optional). Do it before you accept, so the link goes out with the confirmation email. Otherwise send it in Chat.
3. Accept the booking.

Video sessions cost the same as sessions in person: your price depends only on the length.
