No limit on your roster: take on as many athletes as you can coach. You never count yourself, and guests take no seat anyway.

The first time you start Elite you get 14 days of full access. Your card is only charged afterwards, and if you cancel before, you pay nothing. Not a second time, and not when you switch from Pro.
You switch to Pro any time, at once, and the difference is credited on your next invoice. Back to Free happens at the end of the paid period.
