Anything that changes something or reaches an athlete appears as a card that you confirm first. Nothing goes out before you press confirm.

Ava cannot cancel a session that was paid online, because that means a refund. Do that in the Calendar.
A plan over several weeks is built with Assign Plan on the athlete's page.
In a chat, the Ava button next to the message field (Draft a reply with Ava) writes a reply that you can edit before you send it.
