The Fitiva fee applies to sessions, packages, events, coaching subscriptions, payment requests and tips through Fitiva. Online courses have their own scale that drops with your revenue, down to 6%. Every card payment on every plan also carries Stripe's card fee, 1.5% plus €0.25 per payment. Payments taken in person carry none.

Yes. Tracking, workouts, Ava and finding a coach cost nothing. Premium, at the launch price of €2.99 a month incl. VAT, adds 30 photo scans instead of one, workouts in one sentence with every exercise, set and weight, Ava's review of your last 30 days and a training programme and a nutrition plan from Ava every month.
Nothing. You only need a free profile, then athletes near you find you and can message you.
On every card payment we deduct Stripe's card fee together with the Fitiva fee from your payout, on every plan: 1.5% plus €0.25 per payment. If a card costs more at Stripe, for example from abroad, we cover the rest. Cash and payments in person stay free of fees.

Card payments land in your Stripe account. Stripe pays them out to your bank account, in the EU usually within one or two business days.
No. The Fitiva fee and the card fee only apply to payments through Fitiva. What you are paid in cash or in person stays entirely yours.
Every athlete on your list that you have not archived, open requests included. You yourself do not count. If someone takes a break, archive them and their history stays.
Athletes can cancel a booked session in the app until it starts. Whether they get money back is your call. Your athletes' cancellations never count against your “Reliable” badge.
Yes. Athletes pay online or directly to you. You see outstanding payments and can send a friendly reminder with one tap.
Yes. You invite them with a link. For them, Fitiva stays free.
In the app under Settings: tap "Fitiva plan" and then "Switch to Free". Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then you are on Free and nothing more is charged. If you cancel within the 14 trial days, you pay nothing. Until then you can take the cancellation back on the same page with "Keep my plan" if you change your mind.
You can download your data yourself at any time: in Settings under "Privacy & data", tap "Download my data". You can delete your account there yourself too.
