Subscription and billing
Yes. Free costs €0, with no card and no end date. Ava is included, with a daily limit that resets at midnight German time.
The first time you start Premium you get 14 days of full access. You add your card when you start and it is only charged afterwards. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The 14 days come once per plan, and not while another paid plan is already running.
Start Premium or its 14 days free by 31 December 2026 and you pay €2.99 a month or €28.70 a year, incl. VAT, for as long as your subscription runs. New subscriptions from 1 January 2027 cost €4.99 a month or €47.90 a year, incl. VAT.
In the app on your plan page: Settings or your profile, Fitiva plan, then Switch to Free. Or without signing in at app.fitivapro.com/kuendigen, with a confirmation by email.
You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Until then Keep my plan undoes the cancellation.
You pick monthly or yearly when you start. There is no button for it on an active plan, so contact support. The launch price stays.
At Stripe, one tap from your plan page: Payment method and invoices. There you download every invoice and change your card.
The Premium features pause and you use Fitiva with the Free features until a payment goes through. Nothing you logged is lost.
Yes, one. Open requests do not count, and up to three can be open at once. With Premium you train with as many coaches as you like. Each coach sets the price of a session, and you pay online or in person, with no surcharge.
Yes, every price on this page includes VAT. You pay exactly the amount shown here.
