How quickly can I get started as a coach?
Right away. You create a free account and you are in, with no checks beforehand. Your pin and profile are free, and you can be booked from Free. You upload proof such as licences to your profile afterwards.
Is Fitiva available in my city?
You can use the app anywhere, in German or English. At launch, coaches and events are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Tracking and Ava do not need a coach near you.
I need help with the app.
Many answers are in the help centre. If you cannot find yours there, write to us using the form and tell us which device you use and what you were trying to do.

How do I cancel my subscription?
