How it works
From draft to first sale.
Marcus builds his first course, and by the evening the first people buy. Five steps that play on their own, or tap one.
Sample dataCourse, book or file pack. Then a title, one line for strangers, a description, a cover and a price. Every new course starts as a draft nobody sees.
Each lesson is your text, plus a routine or nutrition plan you already built and one file as a PDF or image if you like. The file is stored privately and only buyers can open it. A free preview shows strangers what they get.
Publish gives your course its own page with a fixed link that stays even if you change the title. Share it wherever your people are, and in the app your course shows under Courses, Browse. Pause stops new sales, and everyone who bought keeps access.
Buyers read the preview, enter name and email, confirm the note on withdrawal and pay by card through Stripe. They need no Fitiva account to pay; to read, they create one with the same email. You get a notification with name and amount for every paid sale.
Your course fee depends on your total course sales through Fitiva. It starts at 10% and drops level by level, never below 6%. Pro takes one point off every level, Elite two points. A level you reach stays yours.

Course fee
A fee that drops as you grow.
Fitiva's share of each paid course sale depends on your total course sales. Every level you reach stays yours.
Stripe's card fee comes on top of every paid sale: 1.5% plus €0.25.
Free courses cost you nothing, and there is no minimum fee per sale.
Elite's 0% covers sessions, packages and events. Courses follow this ladder, with Elite from 8% to 6%.
The sales level you reach stays yours. Your plan's discount applies while you have the plan.

One time or subscription
Courses by subscription. Every renewal counts.
Sell it one time and the course is the buyer's forever, or by subscription, every month or every year. Stripe renews on its own, and every renewal counts towards your sales level. When you reach a new level, active subscriptions follow within about 15 minutes.

Subscription ending · You keep access until 31 October, then it stops.
If a payment fails, access stays while Stripe tries again. Buyers stop a subscription inside the course, or without signing in at app.fitivapro.com/kuendigen.Who can read, and for how long

Withdrawal, done properly
Without consent, no purchase starts.
Before paying, buyers confirm that their access starts before the withdrawal period ends. Fitiva records that consent, and the purchase email repeats it.
Files stay private
Only buyers open them.
Lesson files sit in private storage and open only for buyers, through links that expire. Fitiva redraws cover images without location data.
Pause instead of delete
Everyone who bought keeps access.
Once someone has bought, a course cannot be deleted, only paused or unpublished. You can change lessons and text at any time, and the link stays.
Money through Stripe
Paid out to your bank daily.
Every paid sale runs through Fitiva and Stripe. Stripe passes your share, after the course fee and the card fee, to your Stripe account and pays out to your bank daily. For paid courses you connect Stripe, with accounts for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. A free course works without Stripe.

Questions about online courses
What does a sale cost me?
The course fee of your level, between 10% and 6% depending on sales and plan, plus Stripe's card fee, 1.5% plus €0.25. A free course costs you nothing.
Does Elite's 0% apply to courses too?
No. The 0% covers sessions, packages and events. For courses on Elite you pay 8% to 6%, plus the card fee.
Do my buyers need a Fitiva account?
Not to pay. To read, they create a free account with the same email, because the purchase belongs to that address.
Where do buyers find my course?
Through your course link, which you can share anywhere, and in the app under Courses, Browse, where the newest courses of all coaches are listed. Courses do not show on your public coach profile.
Can I include videos?
No. A lesson is text, plus a routine, a nutrition plan and one file as a PDF or image up to 200 MB.
When do I get my money?
Stripe pays out to your bank daily. For paid courses you connect Stripe; a free course runs without it.
Can I see who bought?
For every paid sale you get a notification with name and amount, and a line in your financials. There is no buyer list and no view of your buyers' reading progress.
Does Fitiva issue invoices?
No. Fitiva issues no invoices for your course sales and does not handle VAT. Every payment is listed in your financials, and with Elite also as a CSV export.
What happens with a refund?
There is no button for it in the app; buyers write to hello@fitivapro.com. When a purchase is refunded, access ends at once.
Can I change my course later?
Lessons and text at any time, and the link stays. Once someone has bought, the course can only be paused or unpublished, and all buyers keep access.
