Questions about events

Do I need an account to join?

Not to browse. When you tap Join on an event, you create a free Fitiva account. For athletes, Fitiva costs nothing.

What does it cost to list an event?

Nothing. You list one event with your email address for free. With a free Fitiva account you list more events and take sign-ups. If you sell tickets online, your plan's fee applies: Free 5%, Pro 2.5%, Elite 0%, plus Stripe's card fee of 1.5% + €0.25 per payment.

Why only one event per email address?

It keeps the map real: no serial advertising and no duplicate listings. If you run things more often, create a free account and keep all your dates in one place.

Who reviews the events?

Someone from our team looks at every event before it goes live: is it real, is it about sport, are the place and time right? Only then does it appear on the map.

What happens to my location?

When you tap Near me, your browser asks whether it may share your location. It stays on your device: the page only uses it to sort the list and sends it nowhere.

I spotted an event that is not right.

Tap Report this event in the event or email hello@fitivapro.com. We will look into it.
