Fitiva is an app for training and coaching. Athletes track food, training and progress, find coaches near them, book sessions and train with plans their coach writes for them. Coaches run bookings, payments online or in person, training and nutrition plans, events, online courses and payouts in one place. The app runs in the browser, on phones and computers, with no installation.
The AI assistant Ava is built into Fitiva. She logs meals from one sentence and estimates calories and macros, drafts training and nutrition plans and helps coaches follow up. She replaces neither a coach nor a doctor. At launch, coaches and events are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and the app for athletes is open to everyone, in German and English.
Fitiva is free for athletes. Premium costs €2.99 a month incl. VAT at the launch price. Anyone who starts by 31 December 2026 keeps this price for as long as their subscription runs. New subscriptions from 1 January 2027 cost €4.99 a month. Coaches start for free with up to three active athletes. Pro costs €14.99 and Elite €29.99 a month incl. VAT at the launch price, then €24.99 and €45.99 for new subscriptions from 1 January 2027. Fitiva was founded in Frankfurt and is a product of Brand Palace GmbH. Accounts and content are stored in the EU, AI features run via Anthropic in the USA, and payments via Stripe.

Ava knows your plan, your workouts and your goal. What she is built for, where her limits are and why your coach keeps the final say.
