Fees
Your membership sets the Fitiva fee. Stripe's card fee only applies when someone pays online by card.

On sessions, packages, events, coaching subscriptions, payment requests and tips paid through Fitiva. In the app and in the CSV it is called the platform fee.
Stripe's card fee
1.5% plus €0.25
Per card payment, on every plan, Elite included. If a card costs more at Stripe, for example from abroad, Fitiva covers the rest.
Payment in person
No fee
What you are paid in cash or in person and mark as paid stays yours in full.
The fees come off your payout, never on top of your price. Your athletes pay exactly the price you set.

For online courses your total course revenue through Fitiva counts. The more you sell, the lower the fee, and every level you reach stays yours. Pro lowers every level by one point, Elite by two, down to 6%. There is no minimum fee per course sale.

Subscription and billing
Every athlete on your list you have not archived. An open request holds a seat until you accept or decline it. You yourself never count, and guests take no seat. Archiving frees the seat and keeps the whole history.
Adding someone is blocked, never charged. Pro gives you room for up to 15 active athletes, Elite has no limit.
You do, from your payout. Your athlete pays exactly your price, with no surcharge.
For card payments, yes: you connect Stripe once under Financials, and Stripe pays your earnings into your bank account daily. For payment in person you do not need Stripe.
You try Pro and Elite free for 14 days, once per plan. You add your card when you start and it is only charged afterwards; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Switching from an active paid plan brings no new trial.

Yes, right away. Moving up, you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period; moving down, it becomes a credit on your next invoice. A switch brings no new trial.
No. In Find a coach, Pro and Elite rank the same, above coaches on Free at the same distance.
In the app under Settings, Fitiva plan, then Switch to Free. Or without signing in at app.fitivapro.com/kuendigen, with a confirmation by email. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and until then Keep my plan undoes the cancellation.
