Can Ava give health or supplement advice?

Ava gives practical, sourced tips on training, food and supplements and tells you when a doctor comes first, but she does not diagnose.

Yes, practical advice on training, food and supplements, based on your own data. Ava is not a doctor: she does not diagnose, and she does not replace medical advice.

What Ava looks at

  • Your age, your goal and the food and training you logged
  • Your health notes, before any training or supplement advice
  • Your supplement plan

Supplements

Ava's supplement advice follows the maximum amounts of the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) and the EU limits. She tells you what suits you, what could suit you but where food comes first, what needs a blood test first and what to check with a doctor or pharmacist. She never gives a dose above those limits, and no product advice under 18.

When a doctor comes first

  • With a condition, medication or a pregnancy, Ava points you to your doctor.
  • Sharp, lasting or worsening pain: a doctor or physio.
  • Signs that training does not explain, such as a swollen, painful calf on one side, need a doctor the same day.

In an emergency

With signs like chest pain, fainting or severe shortness of breath, or thoughts of harming yourself, Ava gives you the emergency number and a crisis line for your country, based on your device's time zone. If she does not know your country, she points you to your local emergency number and findahelpline.com. In an emergency, call your local emergency number straight away.

What Ava will not do: crash diets, very low calorie targets, steroids or other performance drugs, or cutting diets for anyone under 18.

Everything Ava says is generated by AI and can be wrong.
