Your supplements live in Your day on your dashboard. Make a plan once, then tick off what you took each day.

  2. In My supplement plan, tap Add a supplement.
  3. Pick one of the Common ones or search, for example Creatine or Vitamin D3.
  4. Fill in Dose (optional) and Unit, When you take it and Which days. Add a Note (optional) if you like.
  5. Tap Save.

Tick it off

Every day the supplements due today appear under Supplements in Your day. Tap one once you have taken it. When everything is ticked it says All taken.

Safety checks

  • A dose above the maximum the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) proposes for a food supplement gets a warning, and so does caffeine above the EFSA limit.
  • Iron only after a blood test, in the amount your doctor gives you.
  • Under 18 there are no performance products: food, sleep and training come first.

Who sees it: your coaches see your plan and your ticks, even when you do not share your health notes. A coach you train with can add a supplement for you, and that coach only changes what they added. You can change everything on your own plan. Your coaches can read a Note too, so keep anything medical in your health notes.

Ask Ava: tap Ask Ava or Let Ava check your plan. Ava looks at your food, your training and your health notes and tells you what could fit, what needs a blood test first and what to check with a doctor. She can also add, change and tick supplements for you.

Supplements add to food, they do not replace it. With medication, a condition or a pregnancy, check with a doctor first.
