What does my coach see about me?

What a coach needs to train you: your profile, plans, logs, check-ins, body progress and your chat, and your health notes only if you share them.

Finding a coachFor athletes2 min read

Your coach sees what they need to coach you:

  • your profile and body stats
  • your plans and the workouts you log
  • your meals and water
  • your check-ins
  • your body progress, including progress photos
  • your chat with them

Only if you switch it on: health notes. Pain, an injury, a condition or medication go on My Profile under Health and limitations. Your coaches see them only after you switch on Share with my coaches, and you can switch it off any time.

Your supplement plan and the days you ticked are visible to every coach you train with, whether or not you share your health notes.

Before a coach takes you on

A coach you only asked, or only booked a session with, does not see your logs. If you share your health notes, a coach you asked in the last 30 days, or one you have a session with in the last or next 30 days, sees them too, so they can train you safely from the first session.

Several coaches

Each coach sees only their own relationship with you. Your health notes (if shared) and your supplement plan belong to you as a person, so every coach you train with sees them.

Ava

When your coach asks Ava about you, Ava can use your name, your figures, the food and training you logged in recent weeks and your supplement plan, and your health notes only if you share them.

Nobody else

Athlete profiles are never public. Other people see only reviews you choose to write.
