Who can see my profile and data?

Athlete profiles are never public, your coach sees what they need to coach you, and a coach's public profile is open to everyone.

Athletes

Your profile is never public. Other athletes cannot find or open it.

Your coach sees what they need to coach you: your profile, your plans, the workouts, meals and water you log, your check-ins, your body progress and your chat. If you train with more than one coach, each sees only their own relationship with you.

Two things belong to you as a person, not to one coach:

  • Health notes on My Profile: only when you switch on Share with my coaches. Then every coach you train with sees them, and so does a coach you asked to take you on in the last 30 days, or with whom you have a session within 30 days before or after today. Past coaches do not.
  • Your supplement plan and the days you ticked: the same coaches see it, whether or not you share your health notes.

Reviews you leave on a coach are public.

Coaches

Your public profile, app.fitivapro.com/c/ followed by your handle, is open to everyone: name, photo, bio, qualifications and specialities, your packages, your recent public posts, reviews and the share of sessions you kept. Your training place shows as an area of about 500 m and the district, never the street, unless you switch on Show my exact address publicly. Athletes with a confirmed session and your own athletes see the exact address. Your date of birth is never public.

Invites. The person who invited you learns that someone signed up through their link, and later that a first payment was made. They never see the amount, the coach or what was booked.

The Fitiva team looks at personal data only to run the service, answer a support request or look into abuse.
