Why do I only see an area and not the address?

Many coaches train at home or in a small studio, so Fitiva shows only the area until you have a confirmed booking.

Before a booking you see a circle of about 500 metres and the district or city, on the map in Find a coach and under Where I train on the coach's profile. Distances are approximate and measured from that area.

The exact address and directions show up

• once your coach confirms a booking with you, for upcoming sessions and up to 90 days after one,
• or once the coach has taken you on as their athlete.

You then see it on the coach's profile, in your session on the dashboard with Get directions, and in your confirmation email. A request that is not confirmed yet, or a cancelled booking, is not enough.

Some coaches show their address to everyone, for example at a studio. Then you see it straight away.

No address after booking? If the coach has not saved a place where they train, the booking says "Your coach will confirm the exact spot with you after booking." Ask in Chat. Want a home visit or a different spot? Write it in the notes when you book.
