How does paying at the session work?

If a coach allows it, the athlete books now and pays the coach directly when they meet, in cash or however the coach accepts it. The money does not go through Fitiva.

For athletes

1. Book as usual: pick a length and a time.
2. Choose Pay at the session. If your coach takes payment in person only, this is already set and the page says "You pay your coach at the session, not through Fitiva."
3. Tap Request session.
4. Your coach confirms the time. Pay them the amount shown when you meet.

Your session then shows "You pay your coach at the session:" with the amount. Because this payment runs outside Fitiva, any refund is settled between you and your coach.

For coaches

1. Go to Financials → Session pricing and switch on Accept payment at the session. This works without Stripe.
2. A booking like this arrives as a request. Open it and tap Accept.
3. Once you have the money, open the booking. It shows the outstanding amount. Tap Mark as paid, check the figure under "How much were you paid?" and tap Record payment.
4. Still waiting? Ask for payment reminds your athlete in the app, and by email where possible, once a day at most.

Fitiva takes no platform fee on a payment at the session, and there is no card fee. It goes into your revenue as a cash payment.
