How do I cancel a booked session?

From the Calendar or dashboard, click the session → Cancel session.

You'll be asked for a cancellation reason (optional, shared with the athlete). If the session was paid via Stripe, we trigger an automatic refund. The athlete gets their money back, you don't keep anything. The platform fee and Stripe's card fee are not returned to you.

The athlete receives a notification + email about the cancellation and refund.
