- How is my data kept secure?App data is stored in Frankfurt (EU), access is restricted in the database itself, and card details only ever go to Stripe.
- Can I export my data?Yes: in Settings, press Export under Privacy & data and you get a JSON file with everything we hold about you.
- What does the AI (Ava) see about me?Only what the feature you use needs, sent to Claude by Anthropic, which does not train its models on it.
- Can I switch off product analytics?Yes: switch off Product analytics under Privacy & data in Settings; it only ever collects anonymous usage events and never records your screen.
- Who can see my profile and data?Athlete profiles are never public, your coach sees what they need to coach you, and a coach's public profile is open to everyone.
