- How do I reach the Fitiva team?Ask Ava for a quick answer or open a ticket with Contact support on the help page, and we reply by email.
- In which countries can I use Fitiva?Coaches in Germany, Austria and Switzerland; athletes from most countries, except new accounts in the United Kingdom for now.
- Is there a minimum age?Yes: you must be at least 16 to use Fitiva, and under 18 some features are more careful.
- I placed my pin on the Fitiva website: what happens now?Your pin and your focus areas come with you into the app, you check them during setup, and nothing is public before that.For coaches
