- An athlete cancelled after paying online: what now?Nothing is refunded automatically: open the booking from the Calendar and decide whether to refund in full or keep the payment under your policy.For coaches
- How do I export my payments?On Elite, press Export CSV in Financials to download every payment with its fees, ready for your accountant.For coaches
- What does Fitiva take on a course sale?Courses have their own fee: 10% at the start, falling to 8% as your course sales grow, one point less on Pro and two on Elite, never under 6%.For coaches
