Fitiva
How does the platform fee work?
We take a small % of paid bookings, less on paid plans. You pay Stripe's card fee on every plan.
Fitiva charges a platform fee on each paid booking:
- Free plan: 5%
- Pro plan: 2.5%
- Elite plan: 0%
On top of that, every card payment carries Stripe's card fee, on every plan including Elite: 1.5% + €0.25 per payment, Stripe's standard rate for cards from the EEA. Where a payment costs more at Stripe, for example premium or international cards or a currency conversion, we bear the difference. Payments taken at the session carry no fee. Your Stripe account shows the platform fee and the card fee as one fee from Fitiva; the CSV under Financials lists them separately.
Example on a €45 session, Pro plan:
- Athlete pays: €45.00
- Stripe card fee: €0.92
- Fitiva platform fee (2.5%): €1.13
- You receive: €42.95
On Elite you receive €44.08 for the same session.
We never charge the fee on free sessions. You can also send manual invoices outside the platform if you prefer. We only take a fee on bookings paid through Fitiva.
