What does Fitiva take on a course sale?

Your plan's platform fee (5% on Free, 2.5% on Pro, 0% on Elite) covers sessions, packages, events, coaching subscriptions, payment requests and tips. Course sales are not covered by it. They have their own fee, which falls as your course sales through Fitiva grow:

• 10% until your course sales reach €1,000
• 9.5% from €1,000
• 9% from €5,000
• 8.5% from €15,000
• 8% from €50,000

On Pro every step is one percentage point lower, on Elite two. The fee never falls below 6% and is never more than 15% of the price. There is no minimum fee per sale, and a free course costs you nothing. For a subscription course, the fee applies to each payment.

Once you reach a step, you keep it, even if the thresholds change later.

Stripe's card fee comes on top, as everywhere else: 1.5% + €0.25 per card payment. The 15% cap applies to Fitiva's fee only.
