Getting paidFor coaches1 min read

Athletes can cancel a coaching subscription with Cancel contracts here, and withdraw from a contract within the withdrawal period with Withdraw from contract here. Both work on every Fitiva page, without signing in. When that happens for a contract with you, you get an email and a notification in the app with the athlete's name and email, the plan, the time we received it and the requested end.

What it means for you:

  • A subscription billed through Fitiva: we stop the payments on the date in the email. You do not need to do anything.
  • A plan you bill yourself: please stop billing at the earliest possible date and confirm the end date to your athlete.
  • A withdrawal: we have stopped further payments and are checking it. Please do not ask for payments until we get back to you about a possible refund.

If the athlete tells us it was not them, the declaration is reversed and you get a second email saying the plan continues unchanged.
