How do I get paid for sessions?

Connect Stripe once under Financials. After that, every card payment through Fitiva goes to your Stripe account.

1. Open Financials. Under Connect your bank account, pick Your country: Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Stripe opens your payout account there, and that cannot be changed later.
2. Press Connect with Stripe and go through Stripe's onboarding (bank account, identity check and so on). It usually takes about 5 minutes. If you stop halfway, Continue Stripe setup takes you back.
3. While Stripe checks your details, the card says Stripe is reviewing your details. That usually takes between a few minutes and 24 hours. Check status refreshes it.
4. When it says Stripe connected · Payouts active, you can take card payments.

Fees

Fitiva keeps a platform fee on every payment:

• Free: 5%
• Pro: 2.5%
• Elite: 0%

On top of that, every card payment carries Stripe's card fee, on every plan including Elite: 1.5% + €0.25 per payment. Fitiva deducts it together with the platform fee. Your Stripe account shows both as one fee from Fitiva; the CSV export in Financials (Elite) lists them separately.

Payouts

Stripe pays your earnings out to your bank account daily.

Without Stripe

You can still be booked and paid at the session, in cash or by card: switch on Accept payment at the session in Session pricing. Fitiva takes no fee on that money. Stripe is only needed for card payments through Fitiva: sessions, packages, events, courses, subscriptions and payment links.
