My coach invited me. What do I do?

Your coach can invite you with a link, by email or text, or by adding your email address to their athletes. Either way, you decide.

You got an invite link

1. Open the link. The page says who invited you.
2. No account yet? Create one. Your email is filled in from the invitation. You can use a different address and your coach is still linked.
3. Already have an account? Sign in below. Your coach is linked to your account automatically.
4. Already signed in on this device? You see "X wants to coach you". Tap Connect with this coach, or No thanks, take me to my dashboard.

Your coach added your email address

If you already have a Fitiva account, your dashboard shows "X wants to add you as their athlete".

• Accept: you train with this coach from now on.
• Decline: nothing is shared.

What connecting means

Your coach sees your profile and what you log, including your training history, meals, check-ins and progress photos, and can plan your training. Only connect with a coach you know.

The link does not work

An invitation link is valid for 30 days and works once. If it has expired, ask your coach for a new one. You can still create an account in the meantime, and your coach can connect you afterwards.
