What do the badges on a coach mean?
They come from real activity on Fitiva: checked credentials, kept sessions, reply times and sessions delivered.
Badges on a coach's card and profile come from what actually happens on Fitiva. A coach cannot set them.
- Verified: the Fitiva team checked the coach's credentials. The profile lists them under Verified credentials.
- Reliable: the coach delivered at least 20 sessions and kept at least 95% of the sessions they were responsible for.
- Fast responder: the coach usually answers within 2 hours.
- Replies in ~Xh: the coach's usual reply time, shown when it is 48 hours or less.
- X sessions delivered: completed sessions, shown from 5.
- X% of sessions kept: on the profile, shown from 10 delivered sessions.
- Stars: the average of the Verified reviews. Only athletes who trained with the coach can leave one.
How the numbers are worked out
- Reply time is the typical (median) time a coach took to answer an athlete's chat message over the last 90 days.
- Kept sessions compare completed sessions with sessions the coach cancelled. When an athlete cancels, it never counts against the coach.
- A session counts when a real athlete account was attached to it or a payment was recorded.
- The numbers are updated every night.
For coaches
Your badges appear on their own as you coach. For Verified, add your certificates to your profile so the Fitiva team can check them; see How do I get the Verified badge?
