Is there a limit on how much I can use Ava?

Ava is part of every plan, the free plans included, with a daily allowance.

When today's allowance is used up, Ava says: "You've reached today's AI limit. It resets tomorrow, and everything important is still in your plans in the app." It starts again at midnight, German time.

Other messages you may see

• "Ava is busy for your account right now. Please try again in a few minutes." Wait a few minutes and ask again.
• "Ava is not reachable right now, and that is on our side, not yours." or "Ava is paused …": the problem is on our side, not your allowance. Try again later.

Limits of the other AI features

• AI meal scans: 1 a month on the free plans, 30 with Premium, no monthly cap for Pro and Elite coaches.
• AI body scans from a photo: 4 a month with Premium.
• Your own AI training programme and nutrition plan: one of each a month with Premium.
• Meal scans, describing a workout, photo analysis and AI plans also have a daily limit. They reset tomorrow.
• Ava's calculators: included with Premium, Pro and Elite. Everyone else gets one free try: every calculation within 30 minutes of the first.

Everything you do by hand, like logging meals and workouts, has no limit.
