Why can't anyone find me in the coach search?
Check the switch Show me in the coach search first; then the marketplace needs one filled-in field to list you and published hours before anybody can book.
Start with the switch: My Profile → Being found in the search → Show me in the coach search must be on. When it is off, athletes browsing cannot find you, only people you send your link to. Check it yourself: Ava's listing check does not look at this switch.
Then ask Ava "why can't anyone find me". She reads your actual listing and tells you exactly which of these is missing. The rules themselves:
To be listed at all you need a name and at least ONE of a profile photo, a bio or a speciality. An account with nothing filled in is a blank card that helps nobody, so it is left out until you add something.
To be booked you need at least one active availability block. Without one, an athlete opens your profile, presses Book a session and reads "No booking times published yet". They usually leave. Availability is in the Calendar, behind the cog.
To be found by a city or a sport, fill in the Public training location and your Primary sport on My Profile. Pick your address from the list so it gets a map position, otherwise you are listed behind every coach who has one, whatever the distance. A search by text looks at your name, your bio and your city or area.
A price is NOT required. A coach with hours and no price at all is still bookable, by request instead of by checkout.
Athletes see the nearest coaches first, then the ones who can actually be booked, then Pro and Elite ahead of Free within the same distance band.
