Someone found me on Fitiva: how do I answer?

When someone finds you on Fitiva and asks you, or books you for the first time, you get a notification (New athlete from Fitiva) and they appear at the top of Athletes as a new athlete from Fitiva.

Your three options

• Reply opens your chats, so you can talk first. Answering costs nothing.
• Take them on accepts the request. They are told their session is confirmed and they move to the Guests tab. A guest can book, pay and train with you, and costs you no seat on your plan.
• Decline says no. They are told.

From guest to your athlete

Working together for the long run is something you both say yes to. Open the guest's page and press Work together, or accept their offer when they send one. Only then do they become your athlete: they count towards your plan's athlete limit, you can assign them plans, and you see their training history.

Good to know

• While a request is open, it holds a seat on your plan's athlete limit, even after you reply. Take them on or Decline to free the seat.
• If your plan is full, Work together tells you so. Pro allows up to 15 athletes, Elite has no limit, and archived athletes do not count.
