How do I appear in the Find Coach marketplace?

There is no approval queue and no waiting period. Your card goes live as soon as your profile has enough on it to be worth showing.

What it takes to be listed

1. Your full name
2. At least one of these: a profile photo, a bio or a speciality
3. The switch Show me in the coach search is on (My Profile → Being found in the search). It is on unless you turned it off.

That is the whole rule. Everything below decides where you rank, not whether you appear.

To get your area on the map, open My Profile and fill in the Public training location card. Pick the address from the list so it gets a map position. Athletes see a circle of about 500 m and your district, never your front door, unless you switch on Show my exact address publicly. Without a map position you still show up in the list, just not on the map, and behind every coach who has one.

To survive the filters, set your Primary sport (My Profile → Sport & focus). It only matters when an athlete filters by sport, but then it decides everything. A search by text looks at your name, your bio and your city or area.

How the list is ordered

1. Distance, in bands (everything under 3 km is one band), when the athlete shares a location
2. Inside a band, coaches who can be booked (at least one active availability block) come first
3. Then Pro and Elite ahead of Free
4. Then the exact distance, the Verified badge, at least three reviews, the rating, a reply time of 12 hours or less, sessions delivered, a kept rate of 95 percent or more, and a map position

The Verified badge is a trust signal, not a gate. Upload a credential under Certifications on your profile and press Submit for review. Fitiva checks it by hand, usually within about 24 hours. Coaches without it are listed exactly the same.
