Do coaches earn Fitiva Points?

Yes. Open Rewards in the menu (Coach Rewards). You collect Fitiva Points for the work that grows your business.

How you earn

• Complete your profile
• Connect your Stripe account
• A new athlete signs up through your link
• A new paid subscription, and each time an athlete renews
• Milestones of 10 and 25 paying athletes
• An athlete reaches a 30- or 100-day streak
• A 5-star review from an athlete
• An event with 5 or more attendees
• A tip from an athlete
• Keeping your Pro subscription

The page shows how many points each one is worth, your balance, what you earned this week and this month, and your recent activity. Rewards from the referral programme show up here too.

Good to know

• There is a Monthly earning cap, shown on the page. Once you reach it, earning starts again on the 1st.
• Points cannot be spent yet. You keep collecting in the meantime.
• Bonus points you give your athletes come from your separate monthly bonus credits, not from your own points.
