How does inviting friends and coaches work?
Share your link from My Profile; a reward only comes after the referred person's first payments and a holding period.

- Athletes: My Profile, Invite a friend.
- Coaches: My Profile, Invite a coach, and on your dashboard Know other trainers? with Invite colleagues.
Share it
- Press Copy, or the share button on the card.
- The first time, How the referral programme works opens. Read the conditions and press Count me in, I accept section 17. Athletes also choose there whether their first name may appear on the invite page.
- Send the link to people you know.
The card shows what the reward is right now, how many people you invited and how many joined.
When a reward comes
- Only after the invited person's first payments through Fitiva and a holding period of 14 to 30 days. Signing up alone earns nothing.
- A refund or chargeback takes the reward back.
- Yearly caps apply. The sheet shows them before you share.
- A reward month runs on the calendar and ends by itself (see What does 'Complimentary' on my plan mean?).
- Credit that has not yet been moved to your Stripe customer account expires 12 months after we grant it.
The rules
- Invite only people you know, and only through your own channels. No unsolicited emails, no ads on the Fitiva name, no coupon sites, no second accounts.
- Rewards may be taxable. Declaring them is up to you.
What applies is what the app shows at the moment the invited person signs up. The full conditions are in section 17 of the Terms.
