How does the free trial work?

The first time you start a paid plan (Pro or Elite for coaches, Premium for athletes) you get 14 days free with full access, and we do not charge your card until the trial ends.

Two cases where there is no trial, so you know before you tap:

• You already used the trial on that same plan once. Starting it again charges you straight away.
• You are already on a paid plan and you switch to another one. That is a change to an active subscription, charged immediately and prorated, not a new trial.

Ava can tell you which case you are in before you decide: ask her what your plan is.

You can cancel any time during the trial from your plan page (Settings → Fitiva plan, or the Fitiva plan row on your profile). If you cancel before day 14, you won't be charged.

After the trial we charge automatically using the card on file (managed via Stripe). You can update payment details or cancel at any time.
