What does 'Complimentary' on my plan mean?
You have a paid plan free of charge for a while, for example a reward month for inviting someone, with nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Complimentary means you have a paid plan free of charge for a while. It comes from a reward, such as a reward month from the referral programme, or the Fitiva team gave it to you.
Where you see it:
- The Fitiva plan row in Settings shows Complimentary until and the end date.
- Your plan page shows Complimentary and Free of charge.
What it means
- There is no card and no subscription behind it, so there is nothing to cancel. The Free card on your plan page says Nothing to cancel.
- It ends by itself on the date shown, and you are back on Free. It never turns into a paid subscription on its own.
- A reward month runs on the calendar, however much or little you use Fitiva in between.
- If you already pay for a plan, your paid plan stays as it is.
- Coaches: for as long as it runs, the platform fee of that plan applies to your payments.
Want to keep the plan afterwards? Start it on your plan page. If you subscribe while the gift is still running, the paid plan starts alongside it.
