How do I cancel my subscription?

The quickest way is Cancel contracts here at the bottom of every Fitiva page, even without signing in: app.fitivapro.com/kuendigen. You get a confirmation by email straight away.

In the app you can also open your plan page. It is one tap from anywhere you already are: the Fitiva plan row in Settings, or the same row on your profile if you are an athlete. Ava can open it too, just ask.

Click Switch to Free. You'll keep your paid features until the end of your current billing period; there's no penalty for cancelling early.

Changed your mind? The same page shows Keep my plan for as long as the cancellation has not taken effect.

Within the withdrawal period you can withdraw from your contract with Withdraw from contract here: app.fitivapro.com/widerrufen.

You did not send a cancellation or withdrawal? The email about it has a link That was not me that reverses it.
