Pulse shows, for each athlete, the one thing most worth your attention right now, in two groups: Needs attention and Worth celebrating.

Pulse on your Dashboard has two groups. Each athlete appears once, with the single most important reason.

Needs attention

  • No workouts in 14+ days or No workouts in 7+ days
  • Low mood: at least three daily check-ins in the last 7 days, with an average below 2.5 out of 5
  • Sleep avg: at least three nights in the last 7 days, averaging under 6 hours
  • Sprint ends in 3 days or less, at under 50 percent or with no reading yet
  • No check-ins this week: no daily check-in in the last 7 days

Worth celebrating

  • New PR in the last 7 days
  • A day streak of 7 or more training days in a row
  • Sprint completed
The Pulse card on the dashboard: “6 need a nudge · 3 worth celebrating” at the top, the Needs attention group with four athletes and the reason, then Worth celebrating, each with a chat icon.

Tap a name to open the athlete, or the chat icon (Message) to write to them. Each group shows up to four athletes; View all opens Athletes. When nobody needs a nudge, Pulse says Everyone's on track.

Pulse, the weekly briefing and the health ring

Pulse is live and changes as your athletes log. The Weekly briefing card above it (Pro and Elite) is Ava's ranking made every Monday morning from the whole past week. On Athletes, the coloured ring around each athlete, sorted by Needs attention, shows the same health at a glance.
