How many athletes can I have?
Three on Free, fifteen on Pro, unlimited on Elite. Open booking requests hold a seat.
- Free: 3 athletes
- Pro: 15 athletes
- Elite: unlimited
What counts against the limit is your active roster, and an open booking request from somebody new counts too, because that seat is being held for them. Accept or decline it and the seat resolves either way. Your own trainee row, the one that exists so you can train yourself in Fitiva, does not count.
Archiving an athlete frees their seat and keeps all their history, so it is the right move for somebody who has stopped rather than deleting them.
At the limit, adding an athlete is blocked rather than charged. Ask Ava "how many athletes do I have against my limit" and she reads the real number, including the held seats.
