How do session packages work?
You buy several sessions from one coach at once and each booking uses one credit.
A package is a bundle of sessions from one coach, usually cheaper per session than booking one at a time. You pay once and get that many credits. Each booking then uses a credit instead of a payment.
Where packages come from
- On a coach's profile under Packages, if the coach lists any. Anyone can buy those; see How do I buy a session package?
- From your coach directly: you pay them outside Fitiva, for example by bank transfer, and they add the package to your account.
Booking with a credit
- Open Book session on your coach's card, or Book a session on their profile.
- Pick a length and a time.
- Tick Use a credit from your package. With more than one package, choose one under Which package?.
- Tap Use credit & confirm. The session is confirmed straight away.
What to know
- Credits belong to the coach who sold them. They do not work with another coach.
- Some packages cover one length only, for example 60 min. The package says so, or any length.
- Cancelling in time gives the credit back. Your coach sets how early, 24 hours unless they chose something else. Cancel later and the credit stays used.
- Most packages never expire. If yours does, the date is on the package.
How many are left? The Your packages card on your dashboard shows it, and Ava tells you too.
Bought one before you had an account? Sign up with the same email you paid with. Once your email is confirmed, the credits show up on your account.
Want your money back? Ask your coach. Refunds follow the coach's refund policy, which you see before you buy.
