What does History show me?
History looks back on your training, food, drinks and body: the calendar shows every day, Trends your weeks and months against your goals.
History is where you look back: what you trained, ate and drank on any day, and what that adds up to over weeks and months. Switch between its two views at the top: Calendar and Trends.
Where you find it
- In the app and on a phone: under You, in the Progress section. As a coach, under More, right below My progress.
- On a computer: in the menu on the left, under Progress. As a coach, right below My Progress.
Calendar
Every day gets a coloured dot for each kind of entry it has: Training, Nutrition, Drinks, Body, Check in, Sessions and Steps (from Apple Health, when it brings them in). The chips under the calendar show which colour is which. Today has a ring.
- As a coach, your own History marks your work too: Sessions you coached, Earnings, New athletes and the Check ins your athletes sent. Your own Training, Nutrition, Drinks, Body and Steps get their dots as well.
- Tap a day to see all of it: each workout with every exercise and its sets, reps and weight, each meal with calories and macros plus the day's total, your drinks in litres, weight and body fat, your daily check in, your answers to your coach's check in form, your sessions and the supplements you ticked off. On a computer the day opens beside the calendar.
- Share at the top of a day turns it into a card for your story or a post: your workouts with their minutes and exercises, and your meals. Calories and drinks go on only when you switch them on; weight, body values, photos and notes never do.
- Swipe left or right, or use the arrows, to change the month. Today brings you back. History goes back up to 3 years.
- The chips are a filter too: tap Training and only your training days stay coloured. Tap it again to see everything.
- Under the calendar are three numbers for the month: training days, days with meals and your average drinks.
Trends
Pick 4 weeks, 3 months or 12 months.
- Four numbers at the top: your current streak, workouts a week, calories a day with how much of your goal that is, and your weight with its change in the period.
- Training: workouts per week against your average, the total time and the time per week.
- Nutrition: calories a day on average against your goal, and protein, carbs and fat against theirs.
- Drinks: litres a day on average, and on how many days you reached your drink goal.
- Wellbeing: mood, energy, stress and sleep from your daily check in.
- Personal records you set in the period, the newest first.
- Body: your weight and body fat as a curve, with your target as a dashed line.
- Steps and sleep: steps a day on average against your step goal, and sleep, when Apple Health brings them in.
What counts
- A planned workout you did not do is not training.
- A day without meals is unknown, not a fasting day: the averages only count the days on which you logged something.
- Your goal is your coach's nutrition plan if you have one, otherwise your own goal. Without a goal you see the average only; nothing is made up.
- The week that is still running (with 12 months, the month) is drawn lighter, because it is not over yet.
- A cancelled session stays in its day, crossed out, and gets no dot.
Good to know
- Your coach can open your History too. They see exactly what they already see of you elsewhere in Fitiva, nothing more.
