How do I join an event?

Open the event from Events with View & join, or from the link or QR code the organiser shared.

A free event

1. Tap Join (free).
2. No account yet? You are taken to sign up and then back to the event. Tap Join (free) again.

Free events need a free Fitiva account.

A paid event

1. Enter your name and email.
2. Tap Pay & join · … with the price and pay by card or Apple Pay through Stripe.

You do not need an account for a paid spot.

After joining

You see You're in! and get a confirmation by email.

• Add to my calendar downloads a calendar file.
• Share sends the event to friends.
• You get a reminder about 24 hours before.
• Joining with your account earns you 75 Fitiva Points.

Can't make it?

Open the event again, tap Leave this event and confirm with Leave event. You need to be signed in for this.

• Free event: your spot is freed, and you can join again while spots are left.
• Paid event: leaving does not refund you automatically. The organiser decides and is told that you gave up your spot.

The organiser cancels

You are told, and a paid spot is refunded to your card automatically.

Good to know

• Sold out means no spots are left.
• Some organisers cannot take card payments through Fitiva yet. Then you see Spots are not on sale here yet; message the organiser if you want to join.
