Can I tip the organiser of a free event?

Yes, when a free event welcomes donations. Those events show Free with donations welcome.

1. Join the event. On the You're in! screen, tap Support … with the organiser's name. Later you also find it on the event card under Events, next to You're going: tip the coach →.
2. Pick one of the suggested amounts, or type your own under Or custom amount. The minimum is 1 in the event's currency, for example €1.
3. Add a Message (optional) if you like.
4. Tap Donate … with the amount and pay by card through Stripe.

Where the money goes

Your tip goes to the organiser through their Stripe account, minus Stripe's card fee and a platform fee that depends on the organiser's plan.

A tip from your signed-in account earns you 50 Fitiva Points.
