How do I tell my athletes about my event and make a flyer?

Open your event in the Calendar to send it to your athletes in the app and by email, or to make a flyer with a QR code.

Both tools are in your event's details in the Calendar.

Invite your athletes

  1. Open Calendar and tap your event.
  2. Press Invite my athletes.
  3. Search your roster and tick people, or use Select all. Anyone already invited or already going is greyed out.
  4. Switch on Show the flyer inside the email if you made a flyer.
  5. Press Send … invites.

They get the invite in the app and by email. There is a daily limit on invite emails, and the dialog shows how many are left today. Anyone past the limit, and anyone who turned event emails off, still gets the invite in the app.

Make a flyer

  1. In the same event, press Make a flyer.
  2. Pick a look: Aurora, Bold date, Coach or Ticket.
  3. Pick Square 1:1 or Portrait 4:5.
  4. Press Download PNG, share it through WhatsApp or SMS, or press Use in the Fitiva invite to put it into your invite email.

The QR code and the link on the flyer both open your event page, where people join.

Share the link yourself

The event shows its Share link with Copy. Paste it into Instagram, WhatsApp or a newsletter.
