How do I cancel a course subscription?

Open the course and tap Stop subscription; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

Open the course and stop the subscription there. You keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.

  1. Open Courses and tap Open course on the course.
  2. In the subscription box, tap Stop subscription.
  3. Confirm with OK. The box now says Subscription ending and the date your access stops.

Changed your mind before that date? Tap Keep it going and the subscription continues.

Without signing in

Use Cancel contracts here at the bottom of every Fitiva page (app.fitivapro.com/kuendigen) and choose Online course subscription. You get a confirmation by email straight away.

If a payment fails

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for while the card is tried again. After that the lessons lock until a payment goes through. If your card has changed, ask the coach.
