What is Fitiva? The app explained in three minutes
Fitiva is one app for both. You track food and training with Ava and get a coach when you want one. Coaches get found, booked and paid, and look after their athletes in one place.

Who Fitiva is made for
On one side are people who train and don't want to do it alone: with a plan that suits them and, if they like, a coach who keeps an eye on things. On the other side are personal trainers and coaches, from strength training to yoga, from tennis to boxing, who want to spend less time on appointments, spreadsheets and bank transfers and more time coaching.
Both sides also work on their own. As an athlete you start without a coach, with tracking and Ava. As a coach you bring your existing athletes along with a link, and Fitiva stays free for them. Whether you also show up in the coach search is up to you, with a switch in your profile. If it's off, your profile link, your booking page, your events and your courses keep running as normal.
What the app does for athletes
- Food in one sentence. You write “Chicken and rice for lunch” to Ava, she estimates calories and macros and logs it all. Search makes it more precise: branded products come with the values from the label, from Open Food Facts.
- Training set by set, with a rest timer. Fitiva spots personal records on its own, and your streak counts every active day, whatever the sport.
- Progress at a glance. Weight, body fat and progress photos, plus the energy balance of what you ate and how you trained.
- The rest of your day. Water, fasting timer, shopping list and supplements, where Ava answers with sources from the BfR (German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment) and EFSA.
- Find a coach. On the map you search by city and focus, see open slots, book yourself and pay online or in person. You can cancel in the app until the session starts.
- With your coach. Their plans go straight into your app, and your workouts and meals reach them, no screenshots needed. Plus chat and check ins.
- Don't train alone. Challenges with a leaderboard, run clubs, bootcamps and workshops near you, and online courses by coaches that you work through at your own pace.
What the app does for coaches
- Get found. A pin on the map, free already on Free, and a public profile at app.fitivapro.com/c/your-name with your focus areas and packages. Athletes only see your district, never your address.
- Get booked and paid. You publish open slots, and athletes book themselves. Payment runs online through Stripe, straight to you, or in person. You record a cash payment with one tap, and packages such as a 10 session pass and payment links are part of it too.
- Coach your athletes. Training and nutrition plans, check in forms with your questions, a chat kept apart from your private messages, and posts that land on your athletes' dashboards. You see what they train and eat as soon as they log it.
- Ava works with you. She drafts plans that you adjust and assign, flags athletes who haven't trained for days, moves appointments and sums up your month in one sentence.
- Sell more than hours. You set up an event in a minute, the flyer with a QR code makes itself, and tickets are paid online. You build an online course once and sell it through your own link.
- Your own training. Under “My Progress” you have everything from the athlete app for yourself too.
Ava, the AI in Fitiva
Ava is built into Fitiva and can act, not just answer: log food, run the numbers on your day, build a routine, book a session with your coach. Messages to your coach, bookings and cancellations are shown to you first as a card, and they only go out once you confirm.
For athletes Ava is free, and Premium unlocks more. For coaches she is included in every plan. What exactly Ava can do and where her limits are is in the article What the AI can do between your sessions.
What Fitiva costs
All prices include VAT. For athletes there are two plans:
0 €
Free
Tracking, workouts and Ava, plus the coach search, booking and one photo scan a month. No time limit and no card needed.
€2.99 a month
Premium
Everything in Free, plus 30 photo scans a month, workouts in one sentence, Ava's review of your last 30 days up to four times a month, and a training programme and a nutrition plan from Ava every month. €28.70 a year, with the first 14 days free.
The €2.99 is the launch price. It stays yours for as long as your subscription runs if you start Premium or the 14 days free by 31 December 2026. New subscriptions from 1 January 2027 cost €4.99 a month or €47.90 a year, incl. VAT. You can cancel any time in the app.
For coaches there are three plans. The Fitiva fee applies to sessions, packages and events:
0 €
Free
Up to 3 active athletes, 5% Fitiva fee. Bookings and payments online or in person, AI workouts for single sessions and your profile on the map.
€14.99 a month
Pro
Up to 15 athletes, 2.5% Fitiva fee. Everything in Free, plus AI nutrition plans, programmes over several weeks and priority in Find a coach. €143.90 a year.
€29.99 a month
Elite
Unlimited athletes, 0% Fitiva fee. Everything in Pro, plus exporting every payment as CSV. €287.90 a year.
You can try Pro and Elite free for 14 days. Paying yearly, every plan costs about 20% less than twelve monthly payments. These are launch prices incl. VAT: if you start by 31 December 2026, including with the 14 days free, you keep them for as long as your subscription runs. New subscriptions from 1 January 2027 cost €24.99 a month or €239.90 a year for Pro, and €45.99 a month or €441.50 a year for Elite.
Which fees come on top. Online courses have a ladder of their own that drops with your revenue, down to 6%. On every card payment, on every plan, Stripe's card fee applies too: 1.5% plus €0.25 per payment. Payments in person have none. Athletes pay exactly the price they see on your profile, with no surcharge.
When each plan pays off is explained in the article Free, Pro or Elite.
Where you can get Fitiva
You can use the app anywhere, in German or English. At launch, coaches and events are in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Tracking and Ava do not need a coach near you.
You open Fitiva in the browser at app.fitivapro.com, on your phone and on your computer. Fitiva isn't in the App Store yet. On your phone you add it to your home screen, and then it opens like an app.
Who is behind Fitiva
Fitiva is a product of Brand Palace GmbH, based in Eschborn near Frankfurt. Fitiva was founded by Leon Fischer-Brocks and Frederic von Borries, both from Frankfurt. The managing directors of Brand Palace GmbH are Frederic von Borries and Jonas Müller. There's more about us on the About us page.
Your account and your content are stored with Supabase in the EU. Payments run through Stripe, and card details go to Stripe, never to us. Ava and the other AI features work with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. The content an answer needs is sent to Anthropic in the USA for this, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models. Everything else is in the Privacy Policy.
