Free, Pro or Elite: how we built the plans for coaches
Prices are a decision about who you treat and how. We discussed it for a long time and settled on three plans that fit three stages of a coaching business: starting, growing, scaling. Here is what they cost, when each one pays off and which fees come on top.

The three plans
Each plan fits a stage. If you are starting out, you should carry no risk. If you are growing, you should not be penalised. And if you coach lots of athletes, you should not have to give us a cut of every session.
Starting
Free, €0
No time limit. Up to 3 active athletes, bookings and payments online or in person, AI workouts for single sessions and your profile on the map. On payments through Fitiva we keep 5%.
Growing
Pro, €14.99 a month
Or €143.90 a year. Up to 15 athletes, plus AI nutrition plans, programmes over several weeks and priority in Find a coach. 2.5% Fitiva fee. The first 14 days are free.
Scaling
Elite, €29.99 a month
Or €287.90 a year. Unlimited athletes, no Fitiva fee on sessions, packages and events, and you can export every payment as CSV. Also free for 14 days.
Ava is included on every plan, and if you pay yearly, you save 20%. These are launch prices incl. VAT: start by 31 December 2026, including with the 14 days free, and you keep them for as long as your subscription runs. New subscriptions from 1 January 2027 cost €24.99 a month or €239.90 a year for Pro and €45.99 a month or €441.50 a year for Elite.
The maths
What a plan costs you each month is its base price plus the Fitiva fee on what your athletes pay through Fitiva. At €600 revenue a month, all three plans cost about the same: €30 on Free, €29.99 on Pro (€14.99 plus 2.5%) and €29.99 on Elite. Below that, Free works out cheapest, above it Elite.

If you pay yearly, the base price works out at €11.99 a month for Pro and €23.99 for Elite. Then the three plans already meet at around €480 revenue a month.
The number of athletes is often the real reason to switch, not the fee. Free ends at 3 active athletes, Pro at 15. Every athlete on your list you have not archived counts as active, open requests do not. You yourself do not count.
Cash does not count. The Fitiva fee and the card fee only apply to payments through Fitiva. What you are paid in cash or in person stays yours in full, on every plan.
Why there is no fee per athlete
Many coaching apps charge by the number of your clients. That penalises exactly what we want to encourage: supporting more people. We have tiers with clear limits, but within a tier the price stays the same, whether you coach five athletes or fifteen. On Elite there is no limit at all.
Stripe's card fee
Online payments run through Stripe Connect. On every card payment we deduct Stripe's card fee, 1.5% plus €0.25 per payment, together with the Fitiva fee from your payout, on every plan. If a card costs more at Stripe, for example from abroad, we cover the rest. Cash and payments in person stay free of fees.

In return, you never chase a bank transfer. Stripe pays the money into your bank account daily, or 7 days after each payment during your first 90 days as a new coach, faster after that. Your athlete pays exactly the price you set, with no surcharge.
Online courses have a ladder of their own. The fee drops as your course revenue grows, on Pro it is one point lower, on Elite two, and it never goes below 6%. Elite's 0% applies to sessions, packages and events, not to courses. The page for coaches shows how the ladder works.
Try, switch, cancel
You can try Pro and Elite free for 14 days, once per plan. You add a card for this. Cancel within the 14 days and you pay nothing.
If you switch between Pro and Elite, the new plan applies right away. We settle the difference for the rest of the period pro rata. You pay for an upgrade straight away, a downgrade is credited on your next invoice.
You can cancel any time in the app. Under Settings, tap “Fitiva plan” and then “Switch to Free”. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, then you are on Free and nothing more is charged. If you change your mind before then, you can withdraw the cancellation on the same page with “Keep my plan”.
What we promise
No setup fee, no extra charge per athlete within your plan, and every fee is listed openly on the pricing page. If we change subscription prices, we tell you by email in advance, and you can cancel before then. That is the whole deal.
Frequently asked questions about plans and fees
At what revenue does Pro or Elite pay off?
If you pay monthly, all three plans cost almost the same at around €600 revenue a month through Fitiva. If you pay yearly, that point comes at around €480. Below it Free is cheaper, above it Elite. Often, though, the number of your athletes decides, because Free ends at 3 and Pro at 15.
Who pays Stripe's fee?
You, as the coach. On every card payment we deduct Stripe's card fee, 1.5% plus €0.25 per payment, together with the Fitiva fee from your payout, on every plan. If a card costs more at Stripe, for example from abroad, we cover the rest. Cash and payments in person stay free of fees.
Does the Fitiva fee apply to cash payments too?
No. The Fitiva fee and the card fee only apply to payments through Fitiva. What you are paid in cash or in person stays yours in full.
What counts as an active athlete?
Every athlete on your list you have not archived. Open requests do not count, a seat is taken only once you both say yes. You yourself do not count. If someone takes a break, you archive them, and their history is kept.
How do I cancel my plan?
In the app under Settings. Tap “Fitiva plan” and then “Switch to Free”. Your plan keeps running until the end of the paid period, then you are on Free. Cancel within the 14 trial days and you pay nothing.
Does Fitiva cost my athletes anything?
No. Fitiva is free for your athletes, and they pay exactly the price you set, with no surcharge.
